Thank you for your interest in registering for the conference.

 

Due to exceptionally high demand for EIP08, we regret that no delegate places are currently available. We are actively exploring ways of increasing capacity and will release further places if it becomes possible to do so. Places at the conference will also be re-allocated in the event of cancellations being received.

 

If you would like to be included on our reserve list, please email bookings@eip-conference.co.uk with the following details:

 

o       Name of person wishing to attend the conference and the organisation that they represent

o       Contact telephone number and email address

 

 

If we are able to offer you a place at the conference it will be for the full two days, arriving Monday morning and including the conference dinner & one night accommodation at a local hotel on Monday 22 September. The cost will be £480.00 + VAT.  Complimentary scheduled transport between your allocated hotel and the conference centre will be provided. 

 

The organisers regret that they are no longer able to take bookings for overnight accommodation on Sunday 21 September as all the available rooms have now been taken.

 

When places become available these will be offered in strict order according to the date on which the request to be placed on the reserve list was received.
