Conference delegates who register for both days will be accommodated in recently refurbished hotel standard en-suite rooms at the NPIA’s Ryton site, or in selected local hotels where rooms have been reserved.

Local hotels have agreed to hold accommodation up to one month prior to the conference. In view of this the organisers regret that it is unlikely that accommodation will be available for delegates whose registration forms are received on or after 14 August 2008. Due to unprecedented levels of demand for EIP08 there is an increasing probability that all places at the conference will have been taken before that date.
                                           Early booking is strongly recommended.

The organisers will allocate accommodation on or shortly after 21 August 2008 and reserve the right to allocate accommodation on or off site. Details will be provided with delegates’ joining instructions.

 

Complimentary scheduled transport to and from the conference centre will be provided for delegates who are allocated off-site accommodation.

 

All conference accommodation for the night prior to the conference has now been taken. If you wish to arrive the previous evening we must advise you to make your own arrangements for overnight accommodation on Sunday 21^st September.

 

 

All accommodation will be provided on a bed and breakfast basis.

 

In addition, conference delegates will be provided with morning and afternoon coffee/tea and a buffet lunch.

 

A gala dinner will be held on the evening of Monday 22 September for delegates who register for the full conference.

 

Delegates with special dietary needs are asked to provide details on their registration form.
