Accommodation

Up to 140 delegates will be allocated accommodation in recently refurbished hotel standard en-suite rooms at the conference site. Additional rooms have been reserved at a selected local hotel and these will be held up to one month prior to the event.
The organisers regret that they cannot guarantee to provide accommodation for delegates whose registration forms are received on or after 20 August 2010.
Accommodation will be allocated on or shortly after 20 August 2010 and the organisers reserve the right to allocate accommodation on or off site.

In order to comply with current security requirements, delegates who are not members of a police force, other police agency, police authority or other government department will automatically be allocated off-site accommodation.
Details of accommodation will be provided by email with delegates’ joining instructions.
A limited number of rooms will be available on Sunday 19 September for delegates who wish to arrive the evening before the conference - please see the registration form for details. Early booking is advised.
Catering:
All accommodation will be provided on a bed and breakfast basis.
In addition, conference delegates will be provided with morning and afternoon coffee/tea and a buffet lunch.
A gala dinner will be held on the evening of Monday 20 September for delegates attending the conference.
Delegates with special dietary needs are asked to provide details on their registration form.
