Accommodation
Up to 120 delegates will be allocated accommodation in recently refurbished hotel standard en-suite rooms at the conference site.
The organisers regret that they cannot guarantee to provide accommodation for delegates whose registration forms are received on or after 20th August 2011.
Accommodation will be allocated on or shortly after 19th August 2011 and the organisers reserve the right to allocate accommodation on or off site.
In order to comply with current security requirements, delegates who are not members of a police force, other police agency, police authority or other government department will automatically be allocated off-site accommodation, unless sufficient personal details are provided in time for security checks to be carried out.
Details of accommodation will be provided by email with delegates’ joining instructions.
A limited number of rooms will be available on Sunday 18th September for delegates who wish to arrive the evening before the conference - please see the registration form for details. Early booking is advised.
