This year’s theme was ‘Confidence in the New Performance Landscape: New roles, New responsibilities’

 

Building on the success of seven previous EIP events, the conference was conducted in a businesslike manner but held onto its informal and friendly feel. The popular format of keynote plenary briefings augmented by specialist presentations, workshops and case studies was retained. The immediate feedback indicated that this worked well and provided ‘something for everyone.’
